Hi, I’m Chloe (she/her), a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying). I believe we all move through different “eras” in life, some fulfilling, some challenging, and if you’re in a difficult one right now, you don’t have to navigate it alone.

With a background in social services, I bring a trauma-informed, advocacy-focused lens to therapy, shaped by experience supporting marginalized communities, restoring dignity, and helping clients address both immediate needs and long-term wellbeing. I work with anxiety, depression, OCD, self-esteem concerns, trauma, relationship challenges, and life stressors. I’m passionate about creating a collaborative, comfortable, and authentic therapeutic space where you feel genuinely heard. My approach is conversational and client-led, prioritizing safety, flexibility, and your sense of control as we explore your thoughts, emotions, and patterns together.

At Eras Therapy and Wellness, we go beyond surface-level work—while difficult feelings may arise, I’ll be there to guide you through the heavy moments and support your growth using approaches such as CBT, DBT, solution-focused and narrative therapy, mindfulness and stress reduction, strengths- and compassion-based techniques, and motivational interviewing.

Hi, I’m Haley (she/her), a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying). My passion for this work began early and was deeply shaped by supporting individuals through significant barriers, including helping a young woman safely leave an abusive home, an experience that continues to inform my trauma-informed, advocacy-centered approach. I believe everyone deserves someone in their corner, especially when life feels overwhelming or you’re feeling stuck, and I’m here to help you lighten the emotional load.

I work with anxiety, depression, trauma, self-esteem, relationship challenges, couples, sexual intimacy concerns, and LGBTQ+ experiences, with particular experience supporting survivors of domestic violence and human trafficking, youth, and highly sensitive individuals. My approach is connected, validating, and grounded, rooted in warmth, honesty, and collaboration. I strive to create a space where you feel truly seen and understood, and where therapy feels human, relational, and judgment-free.

Together, we’ll build insight, strengthen coping tools, and move toward meaningful change at a pace that feels right, using integrative, trauma-informed approaches such as CBT, DBT, ACT, emotion- and attachment-focused therapy, strengths-based and solution-focused work, and multicultural therapy.
